In the case of member’s data, we retain your details for the duration of your membership.  You have the right to withdraw consent at any time and all of your data will be deleted from our records with the exception of any contracts or invoices we may need to hold onto for tax or legal purposes.

Anyone has the right to lodge a complaint with the ICO (Information Commissioners Office) who is the supervisory authority of all data issues.

CybeGig is committed to ensuring your information is protected and held securely. However, the internet is not a secure medium and CyberGig cannot accept responsibility for security of an e-mail during transmission or for non-delivery of that e-mail.
